How do I return and what items are returnable?
Hazel Mac's return policy lasts 30 days after purchase or delivery. Please note that ALL sale items and Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In order to accept a return, products must be in their ORIGINAL condition. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed. NO smell or stains. This includes being free of make up, perfume, deodorant, and animal hair. Garments MUST have their original tags intact.
If an item is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, it will be mailed back to you. NO exceptions. Upon return, please contact us via e-mail, email@example.com with your Order Number and Tracking information. (If a package is lost in transit, we cannot help without this information!)
How soon will I get my refund?
If your refund is approved, please expect at least 5-7 days to process your store credit. You will be notified by email once the refund process has begun and how to redeem your store credit!
How do I ship back the items?
Currently, Hazel Mac does not pay for any shipping costs for the return of an item. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Hazel Headquarters. The shipping costs associated with the initial order will not be refunded either.

The item I received is damaged!
If your item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part, we sincerely apologize! Please email us within 7 days, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the return, free of charge!
If you need to exchange, please return your item per our refund policy above!
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, be sure to check our site ASAP and purchase a new garment. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue you store credit!
