Returns + Refunds at Hazel Mac
At Hazel Mac, we take pride in bringing in fresh and limited styles for our customers. In order to continue offering new arrivals as frequently as we do, we’ve updated our return window.
Our return policy is 15 days from purchase or delivery. Within those 15 days, items are eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Please note that ALL sale items (from our clearance room in-store and during any promotion) and Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE.
What items are eligible for return?
To be accepted, items must be in original condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of odors, stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, and animal hair
- All original tags must be attached
Any items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back to the customer — no exceptions.
To initiate a return, please email shop@hazelmac.com with your Order Number and Tracking Information. (We are unable to assist with lost packages without tracking.)
Refund Processing
Once approved, please allow 5–7 days for your refund/store credit to be processed. You’ll receive an email with details on how to redeem your credit if Store Credit was chosen.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or there was an error on our end, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days at shop@hazelmac.com, and we’ll take care of it at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not hold items for exchange due to high demand. If you’d like a different size or item:
- Return your item following the policy above
- Repurchase your desired item ASAP
